Beach Volleyball Tournament raises funds for vital addiction recovery services at CPC Behavioral Hea
On Saturday, October 7th, Driftwood Cabana Club in Sea Bright hosted the 2nd Annual Beach Volleyball Tournament to benefit addiction recovery services at CPC Behavioral Healthcare. In its second year, the event saw even more participation of teams, spectators and sponsors who all enjoyed the incredible sunshine and June-like temperatures. The proceeds of the event will benefit CPC’s Addiction Recovery Services to provide Narcan to families and financial assistance for medication assisted treatment for individuals in recovery.
Co-chairs Mike and Stacey Warshauer and Chris and Brian Torcivia expressed their sincere thanks to all involved and the outpouring of support. The volleyball tournament attracted 30 teams from the surrounding communities, all having fun and enjoying the competition.
The event included 50/50, gift and silent auctions lining the walkway to the Driftwood Tiki Bar, past the kid’s face painting and DJ providing tunes throughout the day. CPC Screen Printing made the event t-shirts and drawstring bags along with hooded sweatshirts for the tournament champions.
