Substance Use Group Therapy

Substance use group therapy includes people with similar issues meeting together for counseling and mutual support. This is often in combination with individual therapy.

At CPC, groups meet with licensed social workers and counselors to process their emotions, work toward their goals and improve their lives. Substance Use Groups also focus on co-occurring mental health issues.

Groups are typically on a weekly basis and include:

  •  Recovery Group

  • Emotional regulation and mindfulness

  • Processing and managing trauma

  • Young Adult group (ages 18-25)
