![]() The mission of the CPC's Outpatient Counseling Services is to provide individuals with skills to successfully resolve problems with personal relationships at home, at work, at school, and in the community. We are committed to delivering evidence-based and outcome-oriented treatment to the individuals and families we serve in our programs. We provide treatment for problems ranging from anxiety and depression to PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and severe and persistent mental illness. CPC's interdisciplinary team which includes psychiatrists, licensed clinical staff and case managers provide treatment for adults including:
Our staff collaboratively developes individual service plans that will best meet the clients' needs, including making appropriate referrals to other programs as necessary. As a resource, our staff are accessible to clients and their family members to provide education, support and information about community resources.
