CPC's mission is to support individuals, families, and the community in achieving whole health through an integrated system of care designed to promote well-being, recovery, and productive lives. Founded in 1960, CPC is the largest nonprofit integrated care provider in Monmouth County, New Jersey. CPC provides a safety-net of care and oversight that ensures accessible & affordable evidence-based treatment of mental health and substance use disorders, as well as special education services. With a commitment to diversity and inclusion, our services address the complex needs of underserved populations while reducing health disparities, improving outcomes, and restoring hope for individuals and families.

In addition, CPC is a leader in the training and development of the behavioral health workforce in New Jersey. Through collaborative partnerships, CPC is committed to innovation in the treatment of those with complex disorders. CPC has been at the forefront in the development of models of integrated care such as the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
CPC is evidence-based, harm reduction focused, and always collaborative and compassionate. Our care-team consists of clinicians, physicians, social workers, and case managers. Together, we create a safety-net of care that addresses physical & mental health, substance use disorders, and the social factors that are so critical in helping to ensure that all of your needs are met. Our team approach engages other community-based organizations in providing you with linkages to additional services & resources. We are committed to making care accessible, and equitable to anyone in need of services.
